Alignment
This guided meditation is designed to bring your awareness to what is presently not aligned or asking for change in your life. It's a practice of listening, an invitation to be patient and kind. Sometimes what we need is to simply attune to ourselves, and that's enough.
Before starting, find a comfortable seat, ideally somewhere you will not be disturbed or distracted. Bring the eyes to a close or a soft gaze, soften the shoulders, notice the points of contact with the earth beneath you, and notice the breath...
