Practice Listening
This guided meditation is designed to help you attune within and deepen your relationship with your body. The more we listen within, the more the body can share it's wisdom. This is a practice, and the more you time you take to listen, the more fluent you’ll become.
Before starting, find a comfortable seat, ideally somewhere you will not be disturbed or distracted. Bring the eyes to a close or a soft gaze, soften the shoulders, notice the points of contact with the earth beneath you, and breathe...
